See How Alpine Works

What Felaris Alpine Is

Felaris Alpine is the leadership arm of Felaris Global. Based in Zürich, Alpine collaborates with executives and senior teams in regulated industries who seek to enhance their operating capability through real-world alpine experiences that cannot be taught in a classroom. The principle is the same one that defines every Felaris engagement: executive leadership is developed by doing the work under genuine conditions, guided by an operator who has successfully navigated those challenges before.

Engagements occur in Swiss alpine locations because the environment supports the work, and Zürich serves as the European base of the firm. The setting is crucial; it enhances the leadership development journey, but it is not the product itself.

NEW SEMINAR: QUIET LEADERSHIP (ONLINE AND IN-PERSON)

The quietest person in the room is often the one who understood it first.

Commercial life rewards the leader who speaks first and fills the room. The one who listens before speaking gets read as absent, when the listening was the work all along. By the time that leader speaks, the speaking is the smallest part of what has already happened. The cost of missing this arrives later.

When the most informed voice is talked over by the most confident one, the decision goes the confident way. The people who understand the work tire of explaining it, and in time they go quiet and leave, and what they knew walks out with them. None of it shows on a quarter's numbers. All of it shows eventually.

Quiet Leadership is a live online session and an in-person seminar for two kinds of leader in the same room: those who lead this way and have been misread, and those who lead or coach people who do. The online session carries the argument in 90 minutes.

The seminar turns it into practice a team builds together, from finding the expertise already on its own payroll to telling agreement in the room apart from commitment to the work.

Reserve a seat: Free 90-minute online session, 4 August
